How do I book a consultation?

There are no time slots to book. Open an astrologer’s profile and send a chat or voice request — you connect as soon as the astrologer accepts. Sessions are billed per minute from your wallet, at the rate shown before you start. Astrologers join as they pass our verification, so availability varies; Nakshatra, our AI astrologer, is available 24/7.

Is my data secure?

All traffic to Astronaad is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and sign-in is passwordless, so there is no password to steal. We never sell your personal data. Your birth details are used to compute your charts and readings, and an astrologer sees them only if you choose to share them in a consultation. Our Privacy Policy lists exactly what we collect and who processes it.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI (in India) and all major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Razorpay, with Cashfree as a backup gateway. A payment tops up your NaadCoin wallet, and you spend NaadCoins on any service. Prices are shown in your local currency where it is supported.

Can I get a refund?

Wallet recharges are final and non-refundable once credited, and a reading cannot be refunded because you disagree with it. If a session is cut short by a technical fault on our platform, email support@astronaad.com within 24 hours with the session details — we review each case and may credit your wallet.
