Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Astronaad (“Platform”), operated by Astronaad (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Services

Astronaad provides astrology-related services including, but not limited to:

  • AI-powered astrology chat, billed per minute in NaadCoins (NC)
  • Live chat, voice, and video consultations with verified human astrologers, billed per minute in NaadCoins at each astrologer's listed rate (shown before you connect)
  • Astrology reports — Kundli, horoscope, numerology, tarot and more — each priced in NaadCoins and charged only after your report is ready
  • Free daily-astrology tools (Panchang, Personalised Daily, Muhurat Finder, Baby Name, Cosmic Snapshot and Compatibility), available at no cost in English and Hindi; other languages are AI-translated on demand for a small NaadCoin fee (see Section 3.6)

All services are for entertainment and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

3. Wallet, NaadCoin & Cashback

3.1 NaadCoin (NC) — What It Is

Astronaad runs entirely on NaadCoin (NC), an in-platform virtual credit used to pay for every service. NaadCoin is not money, e-money, a stored-value or prepaid payment instrument, a security, reward point, or legal tender, and has no monetary value outside Astronaad. NC can only be spent on Astronaad services and can never be withdrawn, encashed, transferred to another user, or converted back to cash. You acquire NC by recharging your wallet at the price shown at checkout (indicative value about $0.08 per NC, subject to the live pricing at the time of recharge). Only Astronaad administrators can adjust an NC balance, and only to correct an error or resolve an approved support request.

3.2 Prepaid Wallet

All services on Astronaad are prepaid via a digital wallet. You must maintain sufficient wallet balance before initiating any consultation. The platform will never allow negative wallet balance; sessions automatically pause when balance approaches zero.

3.3 Wallet Recharges — Non-Refundable

Wallet recharges are strictly non-refundable once processed. By initiating a recharge, you acknowledge and agree that the credited amount cannot be reversed, transferred, or encashed under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law.

3.4 First Recharge Cashback

  • Astronaad offers 100% cashback on a user's first wallet recharge, credited as bonus NaadCoin (NC) after a short verification hold.
  • The bonus equals 100% of the NaadCoins in the pack you recharge, credited as bonus NaadCoins — so your first recharge effectively doubles your NaadCoins. Because recharges are limited to our fixed packs, the largest possible bonus is the NaadCoins of our biggest pack (Cosmic); there is no separate cash cap.
  • This offer is valid once per account and once per payment method. Each account is eligible for cashback exactly once.
  • Cashback is non-transferable, non-encashable, and non-refundable. It can only be used toward Astronaad services and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
  • Once cashback is credited to a wallet it cannot be reversed under any circumstances, including account closure or dispute.
  • Astronaad enforces all cashback eligibility checks entirely on the server. Any attempt to manipulate or circumvent this via client-side means will result in immediate account suspension.
  • Cashback is reserved on your first recharge and credited after a short hold (a refund-protection window). No separate claim is required; flagged claims may be reviewed before release.
  • Astronaad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the cashback offer at any time with 7 days' prior notice.

3.5 Balance Expiry

Wallet balance does not expire. However, Astronaad reserves the right to introduce expiry policies for promotional credits or cashback with 30 days' prior notice.

3.6 Free Tools & Premium-Language Translations

The free daily-astrology tools (Panchang, Personalised Daily, Muhurat Finder, Baby Name, Cosmic Snapshot and Compatibility) are free of charge in English and Hindi. To read any of these tools in another supported language, Astronaad uses AI to translate the result for you on demand. This premium-language translation costs 2 NaadCoins (NC) per selection and requires a wallet balance above the small threshold shown in the language menu. The cost is displayed on each premium language (for example, “2 NC”) before you choose it, and is charged each time you select a premium language to generate a translated result. AI translations are provided on a best-effort basis for convenience and may not be word-perfect. Like all NaadCoin spends, these charges are non-refundable.

4. Phone Number & Communications

Sign-in itself is passwordless (Google or a one-time email code). After you sign in we ask for your mobile number as a contact detail and a secondary fraud-prevention signal.

Consent to communications. By providing your mobile number you agree that Astronaad — and the messaging providers that deliver communications on its behalf — may contact you on it, now or in future, with both service messages (account, security, booking, payment and cashback updates) and promotional messages (offers, discounts, cashback campaigns, new features and personalised astrology updates), through any channel including phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, email and push notification. To the extent permitted by law, this consent applies even if your number is listed on DND / NCPR (National Customer Preference Register) and overrides such registration for messages sent by or for Astronaad. We do not sell or rent your number to third parties for their own marketing. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time from your account settings or via the unsubscribe / STOP option in any message; service messages are essential and continue while your account is active.

  • You may add or update your mobile number anytime from your account settings.
  • You must provide your own mobile number. Using a number belonging to another person is a violation of these Terms.
  • Cashback eligibility is enforced primarily by payment method (and per account). Attempting to farm multiple cashbacks across accounts constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account bans and legal action.

5. Account Registration & Security

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
  • Immediately notify Astronaad at support@astronaad.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

6. Astrologer Conduct

All astrologers on Astronaad are independently verified professionals. However:

  • Astronaad does not guarantee the accuracy of astrological readings.
  • Users should not make major life decisions based solely on astrology readings.
  • Astronaad is not liable for any actions taken based on astrologer advice.
  • Report any inappropriate conduct to support@astronaad.com.

7. Astrologer Partner Terms (Listing, Content & Promotion)

This Section 7 applies to anyone who applies to be listed as an astrologer on Astronaad (an "Astrologer Partner"). By ticking the acceptance box on the application form and submitting it, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. We record the date, time and version of the Terms you accepted as a record of your consent.

7.1 Application, Verification & Listing

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Every application is reviewed by our team.
  • We may ask for proof of identity, qualifications, certifications or experience before approving a listing.
  • We may approve, decline, pause, re-order or remove any listing at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms, user complaints, prolonged inactivity, or legal reasons.
  • Approval converts your account into an astrologer account. Until then you remain a normal user and cannot access the astrologer panel.

7.2 Your Content & Our Promotional Licence

"Profile Content" means the information and material you provide, or that is generated through your use of the Platform, including your name and display name, profile photograph, biography, specializations, languages, years of experience, rates, ratings and reviews.

By submitting an application, and for as long as you remain listed, you grant Astronaad a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, crop, reformat, publish, display and distribute your Profile Content for the purpose of operating, marketing, advertising and promoting the Platform and your services on it.

  • This licence covers our website and mobile apps, email and push notifications, and marketing and advertising channels including social and video platforms (for example Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and WhatsApp), search and display advertising, and partner or affiliate placements.
  • You confirm that you own, or hold all necessary rights to, everything you submit, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. You remain responsible for your Profile Content.
  • We may edit or reformat Profile Content for presentation (for example cropping a photograph or trimming a biography), but we will not knowingly misrepresent your qualifications.
  • We are under no obligation to promote you, to promote you equally, or to continue any promotion.
  • If your listing ends, this licence ends for new promotional material. Material already published or distributed (for example a social post, an advertisement already served, or a cached or re-shared copy) may remain where withdrawal is not reasonably within our control.

7.3 Independent Professional

  • You are an independent professional, not an employee, agent or partner of Astronaad, and nothing in these Terms creates an employment or partnership relationship.
  • You are solely responsible for your own taxes, registrations, licences and legal compliance.
  • Astronaad is a technology platform that connects you with users. The consultation itself is between you and the user.

7.4 Accuracy & Indemnity

  • You warrant that all information you submit is true, current and complete. Misrepresenting credentials or experience is grounds for immediate removal.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Astronaad harmless against claims, losses and costs arising from your Profile Content, your conduct, or any misrepresentation by you.

7.5 Data Retention, Deletion & Your Rights

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to support@astronaad.com. We will action valid requests within the timelines required by law.
  • On deletion or deactivation we will remove or anonymise your public listing.
  • We may, however, retain certain records after deletion: (a) transaction, payout, invoice, tax and accounting records we are required by law to keep; (b) records reasonably needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to investigate fraud, abuse or safety issues; (c) anonymised or aggregated data that no longer identifies you; and (d) promotional material already published or distributed, as described in Section 7.2.
  • Reviews and ratings left by users may remain on the Platform in an anonymised form, as they form part of the integrity of the marketplace.

7.6 Rates, Earnings & Changes

  • Consultation rates are set in NaadCoin and may be adjusted by you in Settings, subject to any platform minimum or maximum.
  • Astronaad retains a platform commission on consultations, disclosed to you in the astrologer panel.
  • We may update these Astrologer Partner Terms. Material changes will be notified to you, and continued listing after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Create multiple accounts to claim promotional cashback or bonuses more than once.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten astrologers or other users.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Platform.
  • Provide false registration information.
  • Use VPNs or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions.

9. Suspension & Account Termination

Astronaad reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts, without prior notice, for:

  • Suspected fraud or abuse of promotional offers.
  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Chargebacks, payment disputes, or attempts to reclaim wallet recharges through payment gateways after they have been credited.
  • Any activity deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.

Suspended accounts forfeit any remaining wallet balance used in fraudulent activity. Legitimate balances in suspended accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astronaad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Astronaad in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms

Astronaad reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
